Shipping 

All jewelry is made by hand, to order,  please allow 1 week for your order to be made and shipped.  All jewelry is packed in a jewelry box. In the event you would like your jewelry packaged in multiple boxes, versus the typical one box, do not hesitate to reach out and request otherwise. Shipped via USPS, in the continental United States orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 days of shipment. Ellen Mote Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

International Shipping 

International shipping is the flat rate of $25. Packages are shipped via USPS first class mail and tracking is not available once it has left the United States. Most items will arrive within 2 weeks of shipping, but it could take up to 4. Ellen Mote Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees charged upon arrival.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a note stating your reason for return. Because we are a small shop, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Most stores factor this cost into their product to offer free returns, we prefer to keep our costs lower by not including this cost in the product. Thank you so much for understanding! The jewelry can be exchanged for another item without the restocking fee. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
